• Refunds are available with no explanation minus a $25 administration fee for all sport registrations. All refunds must

be filed 14 days in advance of the sporting event/close of registration. No refunds will be processed after this point.

•If a sport or event is cancelled by the Ohio Senior Olympics, a refund will be processed.

• The one-time Ohio Senior Olympics processing fee of $5 is non-refundable.

*In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, Ohio Senior Olympics State Games officials reserve the right to

cancel, reschedule, or postpone outdoor events. State Games officials also reserve the right to cancel any event or

combine age groups due to insufficient entries.
