Registration Information
Swimming fee is $75 due at time of registration.
Seed times will be entered at the time of registration.
Ohio Senior Olympics 2026 dri-fit t-shirts are optional for an additional fee of $15. Sizes are unisex.
T-shirts will be preordered during registration, please indicate t-shirt size.
Registration closes on May 22, 2026, at midnight.
Tournament Information
Check-in begins and the pool opens for warm up at 9:00am.
The swim meet begins at 10:00am.
The Worthington competition pool is 25 yards and has 10 lanes.
There will be an official’s table on the pool deck. Please also check-in with them.
All scratches should be made at the official’s table on the pool deck.
There will be designated lanes for warm up/cool down.
The heat sheet will be posted on the website and emailed to all athletes prior to the competition.
There is a limit of 6 events for each athlete.
Starts: The forward start may be taken from the starting blocks, the pool deck or a push from the wall. The backstroke start is taken from the wall. A false start will result in disqualification.
Events may be combined or moved depending on registered number of athletes.
There are no additions or changes to events (other than drops) permitted on site.
There will be a final check-in for the 500 freestyle and heats/lanes will be determined around 12:30 pm.

Mixed 200 Medley*
*Mixed relays consist of two male and two female swimmers. Swimmers may enter one 200-yard mixed medley relay and one 200-yard mixed freestyle relay. Relays can be registered at the meet (no pre-entry). Relay entry paperwork will be available at the check-in table.
^Deadline to sign up for any mixed relay is the conclusion of the 200 IM.

Withdrawals and no-shows will negatively impact brackets and heats.
Absolutely no day of event registration permitted.
ALL athletes competing in the Ohio Senior Olympics (OSO) are expected to read and comply with the: Athlete Code of Conduct and State Competition Protest Policy
All rules, policies, and the code of conduct can be found in the ‘About OSO and FAQ’ section. Athletes should know and understand the rules specific to their sport. The OSO uses the rule book created by the National Senior Games Association for those sports that are offered at the National Senior Games. Rules for those events not offered at the National Senior Games are those of the official organizing body.
